Stuck on Loading Screen

Hello.
I downloaded and installed VCMP after 3months and I cant play, it just freezes on Loading Screen (GTA VC works fine). any solution??
PS : I tried reinstalling twice.

It's probably a bubble gum stuck in your vice city, try freezing your computer and remove it manually

Yes, normal VC works perfect.And I tried deleting set file too but still same problem.

maybe you edited something in data folder? anyway heres a Mediafire link (Edit by Charley, do not share that on this forum please) of data folder.
if it didn't work notify me.

Same thing happens with me but weird when I connect from my wireless 4G network, it doesn't

try reinstalling vice city because there might be some files which are unable to execute in vcmp.

It happens for me too, just wait for like thirty seconds and it'll load.

Install original vice city.

you must have installed a mod in your game which is blocked in vcmp.
