Vehicles / Roads / Gang Skins / Radar Mapping: IMG tool basics
Font / Hud / Particle / Wheels / Carcolour: Rar File Replacements.

I even decreased the chat font to a lower (moreof SanAndreas Like Version) I had to put San Andreas mod back in because they just look good and put part of the San Andreas gaming to Vice City , to spice it up a notch ..

My creativity on how i place my mods are unique. And basically its like im putting in another Vice City conversion from Gta3 gangs to San Andreas particlue and such. I have a flair style of modding and i love it.

I deleted these mods, because it couldnt work on most servers... It was lucky i was able to play it on XE , but other servers like Argonath, Hunting Arena, BattleField, it would crash.
