connection to server unsuccessful & internet slows down

Hello There,

I have been facing an issue since last 2 days. Issue is that whenever I connect to ANY VC-MP Server, connection is unsuccessful. Moreover, It slows down my whole internet - Ping goes high, sites become slow etc.. - . Although in VCMP Browser, ping shows upto 150-200 and My internet speed is quite good. I am using JAZZ 4G LTE MiFi Device ( have been using it for about 6-7 months. Never such issue occurred ). Tried connecting via PTCL broadband as well. Same issue persists.

I have tried following solutions.
-Deleted VC-MP updates and re-downloaded them
-Re-installed whole VC-MP
-Deactivated Windows firewall ( I ain't using any anti-virus )
-Reinstalled GTA-VC & than VC-MP
-Re-windowed my PC

None of these worked unfortunately.

Note(s):
-It used to work fine before. Just happening since last 2 days.
-GTA VC-SP Works normal.
-Some of you might say I Have network problems. Let me clear this out. My brother uses same internet on his laptop and Game Works Fit n Fine. No any Issue with him.

PC Specifications:
PC: Intel Core 2 Duo
RAM: 2 GB
Hard Disk: 160 GB
Processor: 2.9 GHz
Graphic Card:  ATI Radeon HD 3450 with 1020 MB Memory

Run a diagnostics on memory, reinstall dot net framework.

This is particular memory management issue, your RAM might be buggy at the moment.

Try uninstalling 4g device driver from your laptop and disable ethernet, wifi adaptors. reconnect using LAN wire and enable ethernet.

if everything works good on alternate PC than your internet is fine the issue is in your pc.
Check if you have recently downloaded something which contained virus Rats loggers etc check for that because idk if you tried reinstalling OS but I would suggest to do so.

Well, I think it is a VIRUS!!! Something like same happens to me, but it was like whenever I connect to the Internet and check in task manager and it shows that something is using 80% of my pc usage and it show  that it is a  Windows files, But that wasn't a windows file, even that file doesn't let me to download any of the antivirus file.Whenever i open my browser and type  any of the antivirus names or just antivirus my browser automatically closed.

I suggest you to download "Process Explorer" and check that what is using your all internet speed after starting vc or anyother programs.

If there is something and it is not related to Windows files, then I guess you need to reinstall windows like me

I had ping(Unstable ping) issues a few days ago and it was so irritating but i finally found the solution.

1-disconnect ur additional Laptops and mobile phones etc.

2-restart the router.

3-clear ur whole cache and history.

Before these steps my speed test was 0.60 mbps but after following these steps my speed test result increased upto 4.00 mps.(Its my usual net speed)

And it worked for me.

yes that's what i'm talking about.Clearing my cache solved ping issue.How is it not related to vcmp?
