I'm sure that everyone in this communitty started with the wrong foot, who cares anyways, my point is: everybody deserves a chance if he is worth for it.
I will take myself as an example, and putting me in the position of Maddy, my only dream was to be a member of VU and the members of this family gave me a chance and I stayed among them knowing that I would not be the best bet and I could bring many conflicts. But that is the course of life, fall and learn from our mistakes to be better every day.
Trainee, doesn't matter what others says, show them that you can be much better and shut their mouths.
