The Tournament consists of procedures to select a single winner.
The procedure used is the 'Player Elimination' procedure, i.e a certain amount of Players will be eliminated on every stage:
Group Stage: Play-Offs
Number Of Groups: 8
Number of Players in each group: 5
Number of Qualifiers from each Group: 2
From 5 Players in each group 3 will be eliminated in Play-Offs.
The 16 qualified Players(2 from each of the 8 groups) will be promoted to the Qualifier Stage
Qualifier Stage:
The two players selected from each group will Fight against the qualifiers from other groups.
The elimination will be Knockouts. The Player who loses will be out of the tournament.
From 16, 8 Players will be promoted to Quarter Finals.
The Fight Schedule for Qualifier Stage will be announced after Group Stage is over.
Quarter Finals:
The 8 players selected will Fight other qualifiers.
The elimination will be Knockouts. The Player who loses will be out of the tournament.
From 8, 4 Players will be promoted to Semi Finals.
The Fight Schedule for Quarter Finals will be announced after Qualifier Stage is over.
Semi Finals:
The 4 players selected will Fight other semi-finalists.
The elimination will be Knockouts. The Player who loses will be out of the tournament.
From 4, 2 Players will be promoted to Finals.
The Fight Schedule for Semi Finals will be announced after Quarter Finals is over.
The 2 players who are Knocked from the Semi-Finals will fight each other for the #3 position.
Finals:
The 2 players will Fight each other for #1 position

Information and News / What is VCDC?

Vice City Duel Championship is an idea derived from [VU]aXXo. This Vice City tournament aims to revive player activities in Vice City Multi Player servers.
The Tournament follows a chart. It involves Play-Offs, Quarter Finals, Semi-Finals and the Finals. The winner is decided through the tree and gets the honor of Rank #1 Fighter in VCMP.
VCDC will choose players through Fighter Applications.
The Administrative and Coordinating tasks will be done by the VCDC Admin team.
The Tournament promotes goodwill and sportive nature among players.
Lets hope players keep up to it
Have a thrilling and enjoyable Tournament.

Fight Rules
1. Only Stubby Shotgun is allowed
2. Fights are supposed to be 1v1 fair duels
3. Glitching for unfair advantage is prohibited.
4. Avoiding death by unfair means like quitting game, asking the player to halt etc. is not allowed
5. Rematch is not allowed in any circumstances, however players can have a re-duel
--> If a player Timeouts between a duel.
--> If a player is bugged to the opponent
6. Players are supposed to choose the Match location at their own risks. Any hinderance caused by location or other players will not be considered for rematch.
7. Breaking server or VCDC Rules will lead to consequences
--> Showing disrespect to any admin or player will cause disqualification
--> Fixing match results or declaring wrong match results will lead to disqualification
--> Players are supposed to report their match results and verification, in case no VCDC admin is present at the match. It has to be done within 1 week of the match. If not done, the match will be considered Invalid
--> Frame Limiter Should be on while fighting
--> No Game Modification that gives benefits over other players.
--> No Usage of trainers or any cheat program.
