So you took this guy's icons http://www.gtagaming.com/downloads/gta-san-andreas/misc-mods/7054
and added (in a worst way possible) some colours that don't even match VC's colours for weapon groups.

Very bad and you should feel bad

Erm, Then that screenshot is not right. Those are the exact same icons.

Also, Ever heard of anti aliasing? Those icons look like shit. Literally.
