No dude using Y axis isn't the best option for headshots,i thing i did to become a good headshooter is i took 2k from my father and bought Bloody V7M thats it..and then rodrigo also helped me by sending me the sensitivity suitable for headshots...

The best shot of my life was in CTF,4kum45 captured flag and was running,i shot only 1 bullet of Ingram and his head popped xD but i didn't recorded ;(
And also ones Suri was running towards me,i just shot 1 bullet and starting running and he died lol ,i asked him that if you have recorded then send me the video but he didn't recorded
