I tried to join with a new nick and i was able to join with new nick, Looks like i only can't join with that registered nick.

Well if it doesn't fix then register this new nick for me : [VU]SMD. (Dot in the end)

I guess you registered using different computer or maybe formatted your OS? it looks like your registered UID is different from the UID you're trying to connect with..
