Disallow griefing!??

well most of you don't know what does griefing mean, as far as I know griefing is disallowed in other online gaming communities, let me explain it to you:
It is killing a player, then killing him at their point of death or the spawn. Or otherwise performing actions in a game to prevent the player from enjoying it.
here's an example I faced in EC days ago: 5 players were cooperating and camping at my spawn point(waiting me to spawn) then they start shooting and killing me many times until the game becomes very annoying and bothering. I couldn't kill any of them due to the cancerous lag and the big number. And the PROBLEM is (that made me get shocked) is that one of the staff members were griefing too. as I know the staff member must look for balance as much as possible and serve the server so that players wouldn't get annoyed but instead of that he plays only for ig benefits and stats, and that what makes this community toxic.

I'm not coming here to whine like most of you think that I do, but it would be great if I can see your opinions regarding this topic.

Well you are right. However, if you ever had a look on EC's rules you'll see that what you talked about is not forbidden.

you can simply avoid getting spawnkilled by typing /lastpos off and /spawnloc del EC allows spawnkilling on lastpos/spawnloc but not on default loc i think i had told you that in server also anyways if some one spawnkilling and u r on default loc you are welcome to report him at forum ec.vc-mp.co.uk and please use servers forum for server problem you will get better responses than here

A solution from your side: change team.
#2 solution from your side: create a gang and fight back hard.

A solution server-side: multiple spawn-points for each skin, thereby removing the possibility of spawnkilling.

yeah I know all of this, but... when I change my team those griefers change to another enemy team(they wouldn't find who would they kill so they got to change)
also they teleport to me whenever I'd be, They won't stop unless I leave a server.
same thing with LWs(I call it the revolution of whores)
many known players and some of server mods choose the green class team and newbies only take the polieman skin, I always join the policeman skin for balance(cuz it'd be unfair) but it is not enough, Sk is the only mod between all of them who looks for balance in the server.




AND another thing, what about disabling cooperating between different teams, that would be fair and balanced.What do you think?
