I am here to clear out a misunderstanding first i would like to apologize for this
http://viceunderdogs.com/index.php?topic=9301.0actually he wanted to apply for vice war for what he already posted his nick into Hell Guardians Gang which is not registered yet so he thought he have to post application here to be registered as he got exams session so he did it immediately without reading any thing most over he wasn't even aware of that its a clan forum xD and the most retarded thing for him was there is nothing related to clan in application format i got this link on our fb group after that i talked to him about this he will be there as soon as he get free from his exams.
