HAH!, ARE YOU SERIOUS, this is my 1st time seeing you.... Here some steps to at least be suitable for
1. GET OFF SWAT!
2. Join Either Cuban (White Gang) or FBI (Yellow Gang) or Purple Construction Man (Something that involves you with a stubby or shotgun!.
3. Learn Tactics with the shotguns
4. Meet other people (Get to know the community better), talk good english, and duel admins or skilled players (Win or Lose)

Once you think youre ready, it should be like this....
