How about setting the mouse sensitivity(by set config) for each and every player equal to the normal sensitivity or any other type of config command which would give advantage to player in-game?
If yes, is it possible to script so?

It will still be unfair to those who don't know anything about the softwares that can be used to change sensitivity and who don't have a gaming mouse.

Setting a limit would be pretty difficult for players and also to some retards like sevrin who set their sensitivity so low that they have to run a mile to turn around. So, how about a particular limit, so that the sensitivity is not too low nor not too high so that we could have a fair game? (at least that's how it seems to me)
