Application Instructions

Before applying to participate in the event, make sure you have read how the diplomacy works.

Eligibility

• You may only participate if you have less than 350 ping on VRocker's hosting.
• Players who get banned or disqualified from the event can not re-apply.
• Everyone else is free to apply.

Clan-Less players
DO NOT CREATE A NEW TOPIC!
To apply for the event, post an application in the Clan-Less Players Applications thread.

Clan Leaders
To register a clan for the event, the clan leader should create a new topic in this board and mention the team color they wish to be.
If the team color is yet undecided, leave it blank. Just mention your diplomatic stance with other clans.

Clan Members
Fill the following form and post it in your clan's topic. If the thread does not exist, ask your clan leader to create it.

There are some additional guidelines regarding applications:

Nickname in Application form
Applicants are supposed to specify only one nickname when applying. This nickname will be directly registered in the database to prevent multi accounting. Applicants will be able to login with that nickname only, so specify the nickname that you would like to use in the event.

Though, players will be able to /c changename in the server after the event begins.

Applying on behalf of other applicants
Applying on behalf of others is not allowed.
The registration process has a security key that will be PM'ed to each applicant by the staff. That security key will be required to complete your registration ingame. For security purposes, the key will be only provided as a Private Message on this forum.

Also, the staff needs to set forum member groups for each applicant so that they can view Blue and Red Team's private discussion boards.
