i dont have solution for ur first problem coz im also having that problem.....

and about the second one (Not enough vid memory), make sure that ur vga driver is up to date.....
possibly ur pc may not have sufficient ram memory to run windows 7 and as a result ur vga memory might got shared with ram to run windows 7 as a result vga memory might possibly reduced to such value that doesn't even meet minimum system requirement of VC....type "dxdiag" in run to see what vga memory is ur pc showing!
if ur vga driver is up to date then the problem is with ur 32 mb video card.....now the thing u have to do is to play on xp and forget about windows7 until u buy some decent video card!

Click on system tab, look for System Manufacturer and System Model, then find drivers for that system online..

Lol you don't even have a video card. It's an inbuild one. lolololol.

Just download the latest drivers, but I doubt it's gonna help. Buy a better PC, seriously.

i could play gta vc on my pentium 3 pc LOL....
nadeem's pc is far better than my old p3 pc so his pc should run this game! i still say that the problem is with his vga driver!
@Nadeem u might have bought windows7 cd (NOT DVD), cds usually have less files somtimes missing very important files! try to find ur driver online or use xp to play this game!

Yeah Nadeem, you've an inbuilt video card, which will make your PC lag even more on 7 than on XP. The reason why the memory address spam occurs though is because the default VC:MP browser wasn't quite made for Windows 7.

This link should get you to the proper browser. About the insufficient memory thing, you need a better PC man.
