Few updates

We've recently gone through a few updates. Firstly, we've finally acquired a crash-proof and fag-proof script which none other than Cutton wrote. Secondly, I've added a clan-tag detector written originally by rulk into the script which will only accept people with tags registered to VCCT2. The use of any other tags will result in an immediate kick from the server.
