There is a command /c wep <wep name>
It gives you 9999 ammo.
M60 - $1000, M4 - $1000, Laser Sniper - $1500, Grenades - $750, Molotovs - $1250, Flame Thrower - $1000, Rocket Launcher - $1500
Rest of weps cost $0...
But the command for them is same.

There is no spawnweps, instead each team has 3 skins with designated weapons sets. They each contain a pistol class, an smg class, a shotgun class and a long range weapon class.
