2002's textures on an engine from '08, makes any sense to you?

No missions or actual VC gameplay either (regardless of what they promise, they will never transfer it completely)

No project like this has ever been successfully completed. (Let alone the ones related to GTA games, where majority of modders are in fact schoolboys who just can't be objective about their chances of completing such a global mod)
People set unrealistic goals, get too excited after the easiest part is done, then when the progress is about 20-30% (sometimes later but most likely even earlier than that), they realize that reaching their goal is too time consuming and/or requires skills that they don't possess, gradually lose motivation, and eventually drop their project

well its not fake i downloaded mod and tested it... Its really buggy...
