Title: New bases (public voting)
Post by: Gulk on August 14, 2011, 05:50:07 pm
I got no lag from any vehicles, and im using very high polygon models, but yeah some of the ideas sound good...

How about let the public vote on choosing bases next time?

Discuss new bases here.

Everyone can post screenies for new bases.
Also post the coordinates if possible, would be much appreciated.  ;)

Now it would be really logical to ask the teams to choose their own base :) . Strategy comes into play and people will stop whining about bases.

I disagree, we need to make sure the bases are balanced. If you allowed the teams to choose their own base they might as well choose pole position and just have 10 guys shooting m60 out the door for 24 hours.

For this reason I'm not sure whether a public 'vote' would do any good either. Public suggestions sure, but public vote I'm not so sure.
